I left their crying my eyes out after I was racially profiled by the Manger RAPHAEL.. You think I'm lying, pull the videos. When I asked for the owner's number, he refused to give it to me. Why? Well, I guess because he didn't want anybody to know what he did to me outside of himself being the manger then lied to Booking about what happened and refused to give me an apology letter. He was very cold and insensitive when I addressed the situation with him. I'm sorry Sir, this is my country and you don't get to discriminate against me no matter how high and mighty you think you are above me. Please go take some customer service and cultural courses. It's sad that you have to record everything Live via Social Media these days to get the facts straight. I just didn't think about it in the moment bc. I was so appalled that this guys was yelling at me the way he was. Sad Sad Sad... Very sad scene. I don't wish that on anybody. Please don't go there African Americans.

I highly recommend this Hotel and Location. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Rooms nice and clean. Easy to get around anywhere from here. Check it out and see what you think. We will stay here again.

This hotel had the best mattress that I have found in a hotel. The staff was so helpful. The room was very clean. Outback steakhouse next door. Will definitely stay here again when we come visit family.

We traveled 9 hours so we called to let them know we would be checking in late and not Thursday. We were told they would check us in so we could just go to the front desk to get the room keys. When we arrived Friday around 3 pm we just took up our bags and left because we had rehearsal and a dinner that started at 5. We did not return until 11p-12 a that night. When we got in the room we were getting comfortable and one of my children notice bugs crawling on one of the shoe boxes. We looked and we’re trying to figure out what kind of bugs but when just went down and requested another room. We went to that room and that room had stained sheets, dirt on the sheets, the carpet was badly stained. We then went back to our rom it was obvious this was not going to work myself or any of my family were going to be comfortable sleeping now. So we went to our room to get our thing and roaches was crawling on the ceilings of the first room. We went down to the front desk and we had asked the receptionist Sherry to come look at these rooms and she stated “ I can’t come up the stairs because my knee injury”. I asked her to refund us and we are checking out immediately. She stated they could not give me a refund even though we have not stayed not one night in this place. That her manager Mike would not because they held the room. I only got a refund for Saturday not Thursday or Friday although we have not been in the room. This Hotel is not in the condition right now to be putting people in. It stinks there mattresses in the lobby, no elevator, old appliance outside the front of Hotel and ( ROACHES). It was the most horrible experience DO NOT BOOK here!!!!!!! We checked out and went up the street to Holiday Inn Express and paid another 398.00 for our stay! It won’t let me upload the video of the ROACHES

Located close to the main rail line and hearing the train wihistle just added very enjoyable touch for my stay. Very large and clean room, friendly and efficent staff and the nearness to the interstate made this a most comfortable overnight stay. I left too early for breakfast so can not comment, There are two notes of information. ONE, The hotel does require a incidental amount on your credit card in case you smoke or otherwise destroy the room. I gave them a $100.00 cash deposit instead and when I left , I forget to get it back. I called the hotel. spoke with a lovely night auditor and she told me that yes I had left it and that she had already sope with her manager and that a cheque would be sent to me. It was my oversight and the helpfulness of the young lady made me feel vat special. TWO, The TRAIN does arrive at odd hours and DOES blow it's whistle as it passes the hotel. While I found this to be very enjoyable, there will be some who will not like it. Be aware of this when making your hotel stay decision.
