My husband and I stayed at Wingate By Wyndham in Bossier City, La. We were headed home, but got stuck in Bossier City due to the snow storm. Everything about the hotel was great. Great customer service. Trell, the front desk agent, made us super comfortable. Her attitude was so positive and made sure we good during our stay. There was another young lady who was working the front desk the night before we left and she was so sweet as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Rooms were clean. Housekeeping was respectful. I would most definitely rate this hotel as a 10.
Not so good
Not so good..........no toilet paper refill and No wash rag refills after cleaning. No service of air conditioner after requesting continuous fan. Serviced broken microwave. No allowance for 15 mins extra checkout time for rewards member. Breakfast in a bag was not worth receiving other than water bottle. Somewhat undesirable location.
Trip to Bossier
Excellent experience at Wingate by Wyndham. Was very impressed with cleanliness. I made sure to mention this to the staff, both cleaning and desk clerk. Thank you and I will stay again on another trip.

The hotel is very nice and my stay here is always enjoyable. The housekeeper Ms.Latonya always keep my room up to par and she works very hard to ensure I have what I need. She deserve a pay raise immediately.
Needed maintenance in room
The room had several walls with nicks and the shade on the lamp had holes in it. The bed was comfortable and the a/c worked well. The breakfast was not very good because it was just processed items. The staff was good and helpful.
