Very good
We stayed for 7 nights and we enjoyed it, the food was great, the entertainment and the beach, the same. For the rooms I can say I had better. The bad parts were the beach bar schedule which is on only till 5 pm , the staff from the beach bar is not quite friedly quite rude some times. The sunbeds cleaning guy was very rude and around 6pm he was trying to get rid you off the sunbeds and he doesnt speak english at all. Probably we will come back here since the only incovenient was the beach bar staff.(probably a better ping pong table would help :)
The hotel is not realy 5 stars,maybe 3+
The chambermade who cleaned our room N-216 only once changet bedclothes for 9 days!!! It happenened after our complaint at the reception desk! Very bad!!! Our room was a very noisy at the night and we slept very bad.The air conditioner was not working well and it was inconfortable.Also do not change the towels regularly!The food was average level and quality.I dont recomended this hotel,there are much more disadvantages.

just come back from this hotel after staying for 10 nights most friendliest hotel i ever stayed in Turkey staff was pleasent food was great entertainment was good beach bar needs improvment overall great stay and met some wonderfull people.
Excellent 5* hotel
Very nice hotel, in a handy location in Kumkoy. Staff friendly and attentive. The hotels facilities are good, and the hotel is spotlessly clean. The AI food and beverages offering is excellent. I would return to this hotel

I spend about one week there with my friends it was a nice place with good food and great people big thanks to the housekeeping who always smiling ... good service everything is good.. i Will come back again
