Beachside Villas is located in a perfect location on Siesta Key. Directly behind the Village and within a short walk to the beach. The room itself was quite small & had a bit of a musty smell when we got in there, but it was very clean and well stocked with towels, beach towels, a cooler and 2 beach chairs. There was a patio area outside and some cornhole boards and a tiki hut if you wanted to eat lunch or dinner outside or just hang out. Cute place!
Great time with friends!

Beachside Villas was so wonderful. Close to the beach, clean, has everything you need for the beach. Everything is within walking distance and everyone staying here was so nice. Loved it! But we especially loved Gary, who checked us in and gave us so many great tips for doing things in the area! He was so hospitable and welcoming! We would definitely stay again when back in this area. The location is just amazing. You can walk to the beach, to shops and restaurants, could not ask for a better location. As for the property, well, I can not say the same. The 1 bedroom suite, as they call it, is tiny, tiny. We have stayed in much larger hotel rooms. The price, $226.00/day was too much for what you get. The bikes are old, rusted and I would not ride one. You have to check if the wagon wheels work before you decide to load them up. The convenience of the wagon was a plus to get things to the beach. When we checked in, we were shown how to work the strange room lock, which took forever for it to get us to where we could put in the key code. Finally, the maid showed us how to work it, which was totally different than what the man at the desk showed us. There are dishes in the cupboard, no dishwasher, was afraid to use, not knowing how or who had washed them previously. The shower by our room to wash off the sand did not work. The place is so, so small, there is no where to put your bathroom stuff or anything that you would want at your bedside. The last complaint is the huge cockroach’s in the room each day we were there, along with the spider this morning on the toilet seat. 🥴🥴

Such a beautiful property. Close to everything, we parked and didn't need the car all weekend. Super friendly and fun staff. The beach carts and chairs were a huge plus, as we thought we would have to purchase chairs and leave them behind! (And carry them) overall great experience and will return without a doubt!
Love love love

My husband and I renewed our wedding vows on the beach and we would never stay anywhere else!! The location is AMAZING!! It is in an ideal location where we could walk to every where we wanted to go. I love the amenities that came with our stay and if there wasn't something we needed there already it was a simple call away. Lee is awesome and was so helpful and accommodating. My husband and plan to come back every year if not more then once a year and we wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else.
