Christmas party
Had reserved two months in advance at the L’auberge Quebec which the company party was at the Plaza Quebec right across the street from the Auberge, the last day before we arrived at the Auberge we got (cancelled) moved to the Lindbergh which we had to take a taxi to go to the Xmas party by telling us that it was due to a electricity failure for the saturday which i don’t know but on the saturday there was all kind of electricity in that hotel as we asked to go to the plaza instead even if it would’ve cost more but no it’s all booked( not true) we check and there was still room as i checked saturday at 4 o’clock when we got there, there continental breakfast had barely anything frozen boiled eggs that we had to put in the microwave to thaw them. Cereal that was stale and even the toast if you took some the butter was frozen. You won’t catch us or our friends that had other rooms stay there again.
Stayed with tour and overall very good, clean and modern
we were in room 200, which was in he back so no traffic noise. air conditioner was quiet. Room was clean and modern room. Overall happy with room as had a good nights sleep which is important. bed overall good as well .
A nice hotel and roomy
It was spacious, quiet (except at breakfast in the atrium), and AC worked great (although window unit). Can’t open windows in my room. Breakfast pretty basic (no eggs) and an overabundance of plastic utensils and Styrofoam bowels. Ugh. Get plates you can wash and a few more breakfast things. But... a decent value. Check out wine store across the street (amazing selection!) and Paris Grill which was great!. I disagree with other other reviewers about the staff. They were really very nice! Shower great, didn't use all those stupid tiny little bottles for shampoo (I hate that waste) and I thought the room was very nice and clean. I would say the place really delivered for the price and market. Not the Hilton but you aren't thinking Hilton when you book here. Bottom line... I'd definitely stay here again.
Terrible experience
The first night we were here, our car was broken into in the hotel parking lot. The second night, there was such loud music that it was impossible to sleep. Hotel staff did not provide any assistance whatsoever. The rooms were mediocre and breakfast wasn’t good. Skip it and find somewhere you can safely park and actually rest.
Great Hotel. Poor location
We could not fault anything about this hotel other that it's location. Without a car it is too far out of the city. The hotel, staff, rooms etc were excellent. There are restaurants close and a Wallmart easy to walk to.
