Perfect stay in a gorgeous mountain town!

We loved our stay at Hotel Indigo Silverthorne and can't wait to return. The hotel is located in a beautiful location right at the base of Buffalo mountain but also adjacent to town. The room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and best yet, dog friendly. Our pups even got a bag of local doggy treats. Kucu bistro and bar had delicious food and drinks and the outdoor patio was great. Highly recommend staying here when in the front range. Silverthorne is a great destination for hiking.

Beautiful place, very warm and welcoming. I didn't get the gentleman's Bane at the front desk, but he's from Budapest, Hungary. He was beyond welcoming, and friendly, and you Couldn't ask more from someone in the service industry. The rooms are great too!

Favorite stay of our trip

We had a great stay for the night. Started off with a very friendly welcome. Room was nicely decorated ( a little dark if anything). Pool was nice, gym was well equipped. Didn't eat there so can't comment. Parking was easy in the opposite garage. Everything was easily walkable (even after the unexpected overnight snowfall!). We would definatly stay again if ever in Silverthorne. Thanks to all the team who went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.

Stay Away - needs significant improvement

March 2022 - STAY AWAY. We are not difficult or demanding people. I never leave reviews, and a laundry list of complaints on social media isn't my style, but I can't find anyone at corporate to hear my concerns. This hotel is awful. If you want to step into the lobby and snap some shots for The 'Gram, have at it. Do that and then walk out. If you want to stay at a hotel with an expectation of a luggage cart upon check in for all your ski gear, housekeeping more than once in 6 days or the most basic of amenities (daily coffee with sugar/cream, fresh towels, non-freezing pool), then steer clear. Staff was friendly enough when you could find them. We saw many staff simply standing around and chatting. There was a sign that said "request housekeeping." Upon check in, I did just that; I requested daily housekeeping. Everyday thereafter, I requested housekeeping. I had to do so from my cell phone, since the in room phone was decorative only. Our room was serviced once in six days - and only because my husband ran into someone in the hallway. We had to go to the pool and grab some pool towels to use. On the last day, housekeeping entered our room without a knock and got a fantastic view of my 11 year old's post-shower towel-off. Good thing she's cute, I guess. Other issues - no TV/cable service; no ability to charge a coffee purchased at the attached restaurant to the room; strange lighting - glaring in some places, non existent in others. I hate to be so negative, but this place was a disaster at every turn.

Neat place, but could be better

This is a new hotel. The decor is funky and kind of cool, but not very functional. The room was so dark, even with all of the lights on and the curtains open, that I couldn’t see inside my suitcase. The shower was cool, but the doors were installed wrong and didn’t stay closed. They don’t have “normal” TV and the Roku didn’t work. Fridge was a tiny little drawer —no microwave. Coffee was a Nescafé machine and they only provide 2 regular coffee pods for a 4-guest room once during a 4-day stay. After that we were only given decaf. There was NO maid service. We had to take out our own trash and ask for towels, TP, soap, etc. We had a great view of the parking ramp (which we paid $20/night to use) and the cement floors were freezing, especially near the drafty area by the windows. The WiFi was slow and basically not usable. For what we paid for this place, I expected much more. The staff was friendly and helpful. They gym was nice. The pool was nice but would have loved a hot tub for after skiing.
