We are a family of five traveling together for a 10 day road trip with a mom, dad, grandma, and 2 kids aged 14 and 11. This was our first trip and hotel stay since COVID began. This hotel was much back to normal with normal breakfast service having just restarted. The outstanding part of this hotel was the friendliness of the staff. This was a good comfortable stay for one night and would stay again!
Pet friendly and Large Room!

I reserved the hotel using the Choice phone application and they gave me 20% off, when I arrived the receptionist was kind and in 2 minutes I was in my room, the room was clean with a king Bed and a sofa bed, the perfect size for a family!!! All the employees were kind and super helpful. The breakfast was very good, I had yogurt, a bagel and coffee. I am going to make this chain my favorite, thank you!!!!!

Web site said there was a whirlpool. There was not! At check in we were told breakfast would be served until 10. At 9:40 it was all put away and we were told we could have juice if we wanted. Our bathroom sink was plugged. Took all night for water to drain. Bed pillows were the size of couch throw pillows and not very comfortable at that. We stayed in a room with 2 beds and a couch, we had 3 shower towels. The room smelled and was very moist. Bedding felt wet. To go menu was actually wet. Cleaning lady started vacuuming at 6AM. Skip this hotel and save the headache!!

We had been staying at Comfort Suites for the last week in different cities and decided to stay here. First of all, the hallways and room smelled like smoke. A long brown hair in my bathtub (I have short blonde hair). The sheets on the beds were like someone wadded them up before putting on the bed. The lobby looked very nice but the rest of the hotel looked run down. To top that off, the weather started turning bad around 9:00pm and little did we know it was a tornado. TV tornado warning went off and told the counties that were involved. We had no idea if our county was included so I called downstairs and asked if we were in the warning, the person said yes. Ok, shouldn’t we take cover and if so where? He said if we needed to, a warning would go off. The wind started blowing violently!! to the point I thought the window was going to blow out. Again, I called downstairs and asked what we needed to do, he said maybe you should come to the breakfast area. I didn’t want to take the elevator so we started down the stairs only to find out there was no entry to the lobby, only to outside. Once in the lobby I asked where should we go? He was as unsure as we were. He had been calling his boss who would not answer the phone!! Seems to me, the (boss) should have been calling and telling his worker where and what everyone should do. This Comfort Suites was a let down and I would never stay here again. The severe damage was two blocks from this hotel!! BTW, the young man was as nice as could be, he was just never told what to do in a situation such as this. Thank God everyone was ok.
