I needed a mini vacation and didn't want to spend a lot of money. I was surprised at how reasonable the rates were and the room was nice and clean. The motel staff was friendly and courteous. The houskeeper didn't bother me, like some places do about cleaning my room. There is a safe in the room,a fridge,microwave, small coffee pot, hair dryer and of course the TV. It was so pleasant I didn't want to adult and leave.

Read reviews before I booked. Was happy with accommodations. Coffee pot in room plus tea and coffee in lobby. Nice breakfast offerings. Clean rooms, maid service daily. Had an issue with back wash in shower last night there. Informed them the next morning that it needed addressing. Very accommodating pleasant staff/service. Would book again if needed.

Pros: clean, undergoing renovations. Cons: some of the "guests" were there to do drugs, party all night long, argue, fight, wonder around the parking lot at 6 am, getting arrested at the front entrance. 2nd night was just as bad with groups walking the hall shouting or running down the hallways. This Red Roof has a very ROUGH guest list. We have never had such a horrible stay like this anywhere.

Don't stay here! Left over food on fridge, no batteries in the tv remote, blow dryer didn't work, could find the remote to the tv in the breakfast area! And the carpet was away from the wall in my room. The staff could have cared less!!! Stay else where!!

Do NOT stay here. Not only is the place dirty . . . including the added bonus of somebody else's hair waiting for you in the shower . . . it is rampant with bedbugs. I was first told that they would issue me a refund as soon as Priceline called them. But then refused. The manager is never on property the 3 times I have been back to discuss the refund. In addition, what I have learned from the front desk staff is that (1) they have had other complaints and (2) this seems to be a chronic problem. Whatever you think you are saving by staying here at a cheaper rate, you will more than make up for in switching hotels, cleaning costs, and stress.
