Grand Hotel??
Stayed here for two nights last weekend. Hotels.com charged us £166 for a Seaview room this included breakfast for both days. Firstly the room was absolutely tiny just enough room for a double bed! so I literally had to squeeze down the side of the bed to get in even the bedside cabinet with the table lamp on had to be turned the wrong way round to fit in!! god help anybody with a bit of extra weight going into this room!! the view was nice from the room however we were told we had a balcony! the balcony was shared with the room next door and when I looked out of the window I was greeted with the neighbour looking back in at me having a cigarette!! The bathroom was no bigger than a wardrobe no room to even turn around and it was absolutely freezing as there was no heating in there! I think this room had MDF for walls as you could hear everything the neighbouring bedroom were saying. the second night sleep was absolutely awful as they were very noisy first shouting arguing, swearing, then laughing and joking hysterically banging doors and going back out onto the balcony until approximately 3 a.m. for a cigarette and as I have said previously that was right outside our window! There was plenty of selection for breakfast however we selected a full English breakfast, the sausages were tiny and tasted awful, the egg was uncooked beans were cold and so was the toast! Consequently on the second day we had to go elsewhere for a decent breakfast. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel (?) is it was immaculately clean. I personally would not class it as a hotel more a bed and breakfast It certainly wasn't worth £166 for two nights I feel ripped off and unfortunately could not recommend and this hotel, on my own personal experience
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would give 0 stars if I could!!!!! Booked this hotel under the free cancellation guarantee however we have been unable to travel due to local lock down and coronavirus restrictions. The owners response was they themselves are not under any lockdown so nothing they can do! Booking.com tried to mediate a free cancellation as gave over 6 days notice however the hotel is point black refusing to refund our money or change the date! Booking.com have strongly advised we contact our credit card company for a chargeback! I called to try and resolve this and after calling all day Monday to no success I eventually got through Tuesday. I received nothing but abuse from the hotel owner who refused help and said the only option was to sell our booking to a friend?!???! I was shouted at, belittled and spoken over, an absolute disgrace of an attitude. Thankfully this call was recorded and will be sent to booking.com to review what businesses they represent I sincerely hope the owners use the £163 they have scammed from myself and my parents and put it towards some customer service lessons. Reading all reviews on this hotel and you can get idea of how disgusting the owners attitude is! No offer of resolution but belittling responses and accusations commenting back. I’m waiting for the argumentative response back on this post instead of some resolution!!! There are far nicer hotels in Skegness in much in better locations and much better value than giving money to giving these disgusting rude people! Also do not be conned into thinking this hotel has adequate parking!! Let’s hope the new premier inn and the bleak coastal winter sees this place shut and the owners served a lesson! Enjoy my money you scammed!!!

We booked for four nights the hotel was fantastic the couple who run it were brilliant the room was one of the best we have stayed in and the breakfast was great will definitely come back again people we met in the hotel were very friendly all sat having nice chats and drinks togethet
Excellent value
Just got back from great week in the Grand Hotel B&B.The position of the place is brilliant just within walking distance of everything, the hotel is absolutely spotless and clean, the bar is nice and very reasonably priced. Our room was a twin and very light and airy with plenty of room for the two of us,the beds were very comfortable and the shower always had hot water. The owners work very hard to keep the hotel to very good standards in difficult times. It was my first time to Skegness but it won’t be my last thanks to finding this little gem

The worst place I have ever been to in my life firstly it's not a hotel it's a b&b the owners are pig ignorant and downright rude the food was cold no lift the rooms were freezing the balcony had no roof the room was about as big as a cupboard basically it was like a really bad homeless shelter please don't consider going here unless the world ends
