Lovely rooms and the most comfortable bed ever ! Pillow top mattress ! Fridge in room ... wifi ... all tastefully decorated. The skybar is amazing. We had dinner there, it was really good. Breakfast was also served there - the views over the city are amazing ! Supermarket just 100 metres up the road.

Since my first visit to Skopje when I had the great good fortune to stay at the Panoramika Design and Spa, I have wanted to return. I finally had a chance to do so, and I was even more impressed. Not only was the hotel as efficient, clean, and beautiful as I remember, but the food and amenities were also even better. This time, I was given Room 309, with a view of the City. I loved it. I must say as well that I don't think that there really is a bad room in the entire hotel! I have several photos showing the new room; everything was impeccable, with the most modern amenities available. My Samsung TV was large and beautiful, and it allowed casting from Android as well as Apple devices. Naturally, the room was equipped with a refrigerator, a safe, and multiple sockets for all of the typical electronics that are now indispensable to modern living. The spa is beautiful and is equipped with a Finnish sauna. All of the common areas are impeccable. Again, I am including some images of but a few of these areas. There are so many interesting and detailed segments of this hotel that several hundred images would not be enough! My breakfast this time was served at the SkyBar. This is Skopje's highest hotel restaurant/bar in the city. The view toward the mountain bearing an illuminated Cross, a very impressive tower, as well as the city spreading out below was stunning. I was able to watch and witness a partly cloudy day suddenly transform into a rainstorm, all from my seat in this beautiful place. The food at the breakfast was top quality and extremely varied. A special shoutout to Bobi S. who attentively cared for me and my fellow patrons. Again, 5-Star service was received by Bobi and all of the staff, from Martin at the front desk to the maintenance professionals to the other waiters, bartenders, and receptionists. This attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile is why this is such a demonstrably superior hotel, not just in Skopje or North Macedonia, but throughout Europe. This hotel competes favorably with the best hotels I have stayed in throughout the western, central, and eastern parts of the European continent. The bathroom facilities were also extremely modern, comfortable, and understated. Toiletries were also of high quality. Congratulations on another exceptional stay. I do think that Panoramika Design and Spa was brilliant before the pandemic, and it is even better now. Bravo!

Best hotel in town, exclusive rooms, amazing view from the roof top bar/restaurant. Hospitality of the employees on a high level. Highly recommended! You will enjoy your stay, 4* hotel with 5* service. Breakfast variety is perfect, restaurant service is fine and dine!

Loved everything about this hotel, with my two night stay and represents excellent value for what they offer! I was upgraded free of charge from a Standard Mountain View room, to a Superior City View room, the views of the city from my room were spectacular! The rooms were clearly very new, with plenty of storage and an amazingly comfortable beds. Very tastefully furnished to a high standard. I loved the rain effect showers in the bathroom! The breakfast is served in the sky restaurant between 07:00-10:00 and is buffet style. The view of the city again is amazing, even more spectacular than my bedroom view, as you are at the top of the hotel. Quality and choice of food for breakfast is excellent, with something to suit everyone taste buds, and can eat as much or as little as you like! Even though not many English people visit Skopje, the staff spoke excellent fluent English. They were extremely friendly and asked how my day was going and checking everything was OK with my stay, when I walked through reception. The hotel is about a 10 minute taxi ride to the centre, and only costs €2-3. I recommend you ask the hotel to book you a taxi, as prices can be a little higher if you flag a taxi down. If I was to be critical or to mention one tiny improvement, that would be if the hotel rooms had a more comfortable chair to sit in, as my room only had a wooden bench with cushions to sit on. However as I was so busy, out and about exploring the city this was never a major issue.

We stayed here for one night as part of our tour to the Balkans. Beautiful hotel. Clean room. Staff were friendly and helpful. We dined at the sky bar. The views were spectacular. The food was amazing! The best chocolate dessert we have had so far in our travels. Great service, professional and attentive. Best dining experience in a long time :)
