WARNING!!! DO NOT STAY
THEY GET NO STARS!! This was the most HORRIBLE experience. STAY STAY STAY AWAY, from this DAYS INN. DO NOT STAY!!! DO NOT STAY!!! When I arrived, and checked in. The owner/front desk clerk had an ugly attitude, and was RUDE, from the beginning. I had prepaid for the room, through a travel agency, and she did not acknowledge my receipt, and refused the copy of the receipt from the travel agency. She was RUDE with the travel agency customer service representative also, refusing to receive the copy of payment. My advice for you, is to STAY AWAY. Now I have to wait for my REFUND. I wish I had read the REVIEWS, before I booked the room. If I would have read the REVIEWS, I wouldn’t have booked the room, from this DAYS INN. The owner of this establishment, gives DAYS INN A BAD BAD BAD NAME.
Lobby Looks Like a Hoarder Took Over
The lobby was locked to guests due to Covid, but it should not be an excuse for the lobby area to look like a hoarder lives there, it is very unprofessional to the management/owner. I will not be back
Not good services.
We got here today as soon as i get to the office the lady tells me that the room is not made bc the house keeper didn’t show up, and bc it was just today we were staying i didn’t think anything of it. Once i got to the room I notice no coffee, no trash cans, overall i would t stay here.
Outstandingly Clean, Great service, Reasonable price
This property is kept spotlessly clean. From the grout in the tiles in the bathroom, to the carpets, and the beds, these rooms are outstandingly clean! Location in Metairie is perfect for finding the best restaurants in the New Orleans area, and for making the short commute to the French Quarter. Great place to stay.
Nasty
God where do I began.you get what you pay for. That's for sure.it says you get a phone in the room and iron ironing board coffee pot.we don't have any of them. We're from Ohio came to visit family. So we was gone all day. Came back at 1 something that night. We could tell house keeping was there. But when we went to sleep.pull the covers back. I seen they didn't charge any of them. Found leaves in the bed. Went downstairs to the front desk and let them know what was going on. She said there was nothing they could do. WTF!!!!!!!!
