Excellent Five Star Property

Great location, great property, great service. The building is very new and modern and the service level is outstanding. Excellent Hyatt status recognition and benefits, and personal service and assistance at every level. Spacious and well equipped room. Comfortable bed and oversized soft towels that we are already missing. Convenient and well organized parking (something not so easy to find in Europe). Only suggested improvements in F&B. Breakfast was good but not a huge selection and would like to see more hot options from the kitchen. The club lounge was a nice space with a terrace and good service but also a limited food selection and no hot food even during the evening happy hour. But lounge did feature good liquor selection in the evening and some excellent desserts throughout the day. Overall still very happy with this property and would high;y recommend.

Fantastic Hotel

Brand new hotel in the middle of Sofia. Highly recommend you stay at this absolutely fantastic hotel. Rooms were wonderful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely roof top bar overlooking Sofia. Highly recommend checkpoint Charly restaurant which is a short distance away.

The hotel is brand new, medium size, very well located in one of the most important and central square in town. Rooms are quiet big, fully equipped, very clean. Nice app connection for data and Getting around. Nice and kind staff. Nice wellness area, very nice roof top bar located at the last floor. As I know Sofia hotels quite well, this one is highly recommended.

Best service, best staff, best rooms and best food

After about 120 nights at Hyatt Regency Sofia since the openings two years ago, I can say that the hotel Is the best luxury property in the city. The staff is very warm and provide professional service, which is not so common in Sofia where the service if often cold and average. Over my stays I visited both The Scene (Rooftop Bar) and The Revolutionary (Italian themed main restaurant). In both cases the food was incredibly tasty and the cocktails were creative. Off the menu requests like pizzas or traditional dishes are satisfied and well executed. The staff truly goes above and beyond to meet your expectations. Just impressive. The hotel has nice rooms and suites with large windows, huge TVs (that connect to your Netflix account), very comfortable bed, good housekeeping, and also rooms facing the backyard have balconies that are perfect in summer days. I always received an upgrade as a Globalist and the Regency Club is the best in Europe in terms of offerings: pastries, snacks, soft and hard drinks, wine, vodka, prosecco, gin tonic, etc … Staff in the lounge is friendly and very helpful. Definitely worth paying extra to book a Club Room. I definitely recommend this hotel, the price / product + service ratio is simply unbeatable in Sofia. I travel a lot and have seen many properties in Europe, including some Hyatt, providing terrible service since the pandemic started, but the service at Hyatt Sofia is consistently excellent. Great service and nice room!

I've stayed at the Hyatt across the world and I always liked them. Friendliness and professionalism of the staff at Hyatt Regency Sofia were exceptionally good even among them. Had a very pleasant stay. Even when I had an emergency situation, they remained, calm, efficient, professional, and kind. Impressive :)
