Ok, how shall I begin.... #1 - The Rooms were soooo moist and mildewy, when I came home I immediately washed my clothes they wreaked of it! Im surprised we didnt get sick. #2 - The FOOD IS HORRIBLE. 4 Restaurants, only 1 is the "all Inclusive" portion of it. The other restaurants are only by reservation and in 3 days, I got to see 1 of the better restaurants. The Terrace food buffet is disgusting to the MAX! I ordered out from a place called Rappi (like Uber Eats) in Mexico because I couldnt stomach anymore of the bland and gross food there. Couldn't even eat the fruit! #3 - Our rooms refrigerator was not cooling, we went out to buy drinks at Walmart and even the next day they werent cool. #4 - CHECK IN = 1 hour long and slowwwwwwwwwwww. #5 - You have to wear wristbands the ENTIRE time and they suck. #6 - there is security and trust me....its like entering a prison. They ask you all sorts of questions even though you are wearing the wristband....same as GOING OUT, which is stupid. Like dude, let me leave! #7 - Last but not least...no Valet and parking is far #8 The bathrooms were so gross and moldy. You can tell all they did was repaint or caulk over and over to make it look good. There was a HUGE window (and not with glass) that opened up to the bedroom so good luck on not freezing when you get out of the shower or if you need any privacy at all. #9 - The bed was HARD as a ROCK and I woke up every day with a terrible back and neck ache #10 - Drinks were watered down to the MAX and basically all you will get is a sugar high not even a buzz Trust me, do not go here! The mapquest will get you lost lost lost and the hotel has no way of helping you figure it out how to get there you're pretty much on your own. Good Luck!
Great evening shows, amazing trapeze classes, lovely kids club team

We have enjoyed our stay at this hotel with a very special large garden, different pools, nice beach, tasty food. Many thanks to the lovely kids club team, in particular to Michelle. Our 4 years old daughter loved the handicrafts, painting, sports competitions etc. , and went there almost each day (though she speaks only German). Her Highlight was the trapeze classes. She participated each day and loved it so much. The team made her feel so proud, they all were such great artists and teachers. Many thanks to Emmanuel, Pina, Mauricio an Antonio (I hope the names are written correctly). She still always has a smile on her face when talking about it. The evening shows were amazing!

I have a lengthy story about our stay...1st off Priceline messed up with our reservation. We booked our whole stay through them but they transferred our hotel stay to sister company booking.com. we have the receipt showing we booked for our family of 7, and the airlines were for 7, but in the transfer booking.com took of the kids so we only had a hotel for 2, in Mexico, where we couldn't call Priceline for help. Not the hotels fault, but they definitely didn't help our frustration....we stood in line at check in for an hour and a half (not joking) while they tried to tell us our kids had no reservations. Then told us we'd have to pay $4000 for the kids for the week (also no joke). During this 1 1/2 hours, and after traveling for about 9 hours, we were exhausted , we had kids crying, the hotel staff could tell we were upset and trying to figure out what happened. They never offered water or food, even when I told them I though I was going to pass out (my husband had to go buy a $5 water). They never took us out of line to sit down to discuss what was going on, even when the line behind us was getting super long and angry. They literally were adding up fees for each kid, each room, plus taxes for the entire week for 5 kids in pesos on a sheet of paper, then added it all up, and said pay $4000 or they don't stay. So we had to pay. :( No way around it ( we are currently in discussion with Priceline btw). No one offered an apology!! So for the hotel stay itself...I feel like they had a motto of over promise, under deliver. The beds are uncomfortable, they water down their soap and shampoo dispenser, we could only get into one of their 4 restaurants you can reserve because of a big construction they started on day 3 of our vacation. And they had to cancel or move the reservations of others, their free non motorized rentals took us 6 days to be able to use because there was either too much wind or not enough. The snack bar we were originally told was open all the time was only open during the hours when the main buffet wasn't open. Which wasn't many hours. Their main entertainment didn't start until 930 pm. Pretty much when we were all tired. In summary, I'd say this is not a resort to take kids. They have some kids things but not all that fun for them other than swimming. Because you have to reserve slots for everything and then sometimes then weather isn't right and you reschedule and it's booked or keeps getting delayed. The food in the buffet was just ok. (Except one night they had shrimp scampi). We assumed we'd be eating good seafood all week long and that wasn't even close to reality. They also say there's airport shuttle which there is not!! You'd have to sign up for it which isn't possible on their website. So we paid $90 to get there by taxi, then paid $140 to get back..also COVID fees cost $35/person at this resort. Once you get checked in you also get talked to about joining their vip list, which is apparently useful if you go back to their hotels. Then we'd get the airport shuttle. Lol. We definitely won't be staying at another Wyndham
