On our way from Norway to Italy. Very tired. Late arrival Sunday and restaurant was closed. We were asked to go 1,5 km to a bistro. Next door we found another hotel with an Open restaurant. Very nice and good food. When we complained they said; yes we know but we don't like them. Goig to the hotels rest. for breakfast next morning was about the same distance. Very big and unpersonal conference hotel. Ok rooms.

A very nice and cosy resort in the green, 4-star, reasonably priced, conference and pool. Good rooms. Very nice restaurant and specially nice outdoor area. You can hire a tipi. Just off the railroad, approx 1 mile from town centre. Recommended👍👍

We stayed at this hotel only for one night but we liked it pretty much. The first thing we noticed was cleanliness. The rooms were not big but very clean and the beds were comfortable. The room had all the facilities and amenities that a guest may have: three bottles of water with glasses, shampoo and shower gel, loads of towels, even welcome candies. The other thing that we liked was food. Breakfast buffet was very rich and everything was delicious. The staff was very friendly and spoke English - this is an important asset as we had lived in another hotel in Soltau and had problems communicating. The only problem is that the hotel is outside the town. Besides, mobile phone connection was poor though wifi worked properly.

I selected this hotel for a visit to Heide Park based on reviews from Tripadvisor. I was very happy with my decision to stay at this hotel. Staff were great. The hotel sets in a wooded area and offers lots of free parking. It was real close to Heide Park. The room was very nice with comfortable beds. Breakfast was included and we enjoyed it. I will stay at this hotel again.

Attended a conference there, slept there for two nights, nothing to complain of. Many meeting rooms, spacious eating area. Great for business conferences! Didn't even feel the fact that I spent two and a half days there, without leaving the premises. Great view inside. Good service, places to play sports in the court, such as volleyball.
