Beautiful hotel!
My husband brought me here for my birthday. We don't have kids so being an adult only resort was perfect. The hotel is nice and quite but just minutes from many bars and only a few meters from the beach. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is also very clean. I recommend staying at this location.

Clean, organized, helpful and very friendly staff, nice room, large balcony, close to the beach. A place to relax to the max and get your zen back 😊. If you can stay at the pool all day and that feels okay, you know you are at a place where you can 'do vacation' 😎
Acapulco Playa
Lovely adults only hotel. Beautifully positioned opposite the sea. All staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband was presented with a bottle of bubbly on his birthday. Excellent choice of food, huge variety. Definitely recommend. It might be an advantage to speak German but certainly not essential. Easy bus access to Palma. Great walking along the prom.

We stayed at this hotel from 30/11/19 to 5/12/19 in accessible room. Room & location of hotel was fine. was fine . First night we noticed mini bar fridge was not working. Next day they replaced this. We feel this should have been checked before hand. Cockroach in the bathroom. Worst was continuous noise of water fall in the terrace outside our room. Please find photo. The area was very quiet. Most of the shops & restaurants were shut. Though we took bus no 25 just outside the hotel to go to Palma. 90% guests are germans. Breakfast was average.
Disappointing, attacked in street and reception refused to help. Although nice rooms
I wouldn’t recommend going around the local area at night time. However rooms clean and breakfast very good NotHing to complain about sort from willingness to help when attacked in the street by 2 men.
