Clean, comfortable and convenient hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is mid way between the two markets and the view of the harbour from the 3rd floor dinning area is nice. The hotel was wi-fi on all floors and Fox-Tv.

Stayed two nights and really enjoyed the hotel. Third floor open air resto has terrific harbour and sunset views. Rooms comfortable and clean. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly! I would definitely re-book.

The room is basic but adequate for a good night rest. Had dinner at the rooftop bar with a great view. Food quality and portion was good. Breakfast was ordinary. Service was friendly and good. Overall, for the price they charged, it was a good choice and a candidate for a returning stay.

I stayed for 3 nights and was disappointed with a few things. Once checked in I went for lunch, the views out over the Sorong harbour are very nice, probable the best thing about this hotel. After lunch I asked to put the bill on to my room, the staff member was shocked and did not know what to do. I returned to my room and placed the do not disturb sign on the door. 15 Minutes later the door bell was ringing, I ignored it, it continued to be rung. I opened the door to find some other staff with the bill for my lunch in his hand. So not only was I disturbed they still insisted I pay the bill. I ordered room service the beer was warm. Again they wanted payment on delivery... The cups for tea and coffee in the rooms were stained. Dinner the following night, I ordered chicken and got Beef. I suppose if you are only in Sorong for one night the chance of numerous things going wrong in this hotel are reduced. However there are alternative options please choose wisely.

Not exciting. Basic rooms but adequate. Staff, to putt it nicely, not overly smart. Yes I would like my luggage in my room , not overnight in the lobby. The crispynes and bite of my french fries should not come from rawness. Beer at the back off the fridge might be colder and more drinkable the the one you just put in. Nice TV, I will spend the rest of my stay to look for adequate settings.
