Great Overnight Stay
My teenage daughter and I stayed in room with two double beds for just one night during a shopping trip. I hesitated to book because there were mixed reviews. Many negative reviews said the room was “tight”. I found it to be a standard size. Perfect for our needs. The hotel was clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable. I had 5 very soft pillows on my bed. Water pressure in the shower is amazing! The location is ideal for shopping with university mall and Barnes and Noble just around the corner. We did not eat at the restaurant/bar located right off the lobby but the menu was appealing and the ambiance looked nice. Some reviews found it odd to have the sink outside of the bathroom. Clearly those reviewers did not see the value of being able to use the shower or toilet while a teenager is preparing for the day. If you are looking for frills or a view, this is not the hotel for you. Those hotels can be found near church street and the price will reflect. If you need a safe, clean, comfortable and quiet hotel at a value price, this one can’t be beat!
Great location in South Burlington
Really good location close to skiing, brewery and cheese shops. We booked a WFH package with breakfast. Check-in was very easy and contactless. Room is super clean and nice with good amenity. Nice swimming pool but have to book ahead for time slot. Breakfast is very good and the package offer early check-in and late check-out.
Just okay.
Spent a night here while traveling on business. Had to hike halfway around the building to get to the elevator. Steps to second floor are right off the lobby, but being in my mid-sixties I couldn’t navigate the stairs with my luggage. The hotel is billed as “no pets allowed” - but while hiking to my room I passed a guest wheeling her pet dachshund in a baby stroller. Being highly allergic to dogs & cats I always select hotels which do not allow pets. The a/c - heating unit was clanking loudly so I called the desk to inquire about having a maintenance person fix it. Was told by female desk clerk#1 that they would send someone right up. Half an hour later at 8:30 pm I hiked back to the lobby to inquire about getting the problem fixed. Female clerk #2 said that due to covid the maintenance staff would not be able to enter the room until I had vacated the room for 3 hours! What a pile of b.s. So I requested a new room which was honored. I do not plan on staying here again.
Horrible hotel
Wouldn’t recommend anyone staying in this hotel. I am surprised how this hotel got the Delta name by Marriott. The hallways smelled; our door was broken; there was a bra under the bed. Clearly the hotel isn’t taking the pandemic precautions. Definitely not a hotel to stay in and not a Marriott type property.
Nice hotel and staff
The staff was very nice when we arrived. Our room had a homey feel to it. The bathroom didn’t have much room to move around so that was a downfall. Also you had to schedule a time for the pool because of COVID and we weren’t able to schedule because of another family which didn’t seem very fair. I probably wouldn’t stay there more than one night.
