Customer service is top notch and the accommodations are incredibly comfortable while being affordable

This hasn’t been the first time I stayed but it has been the best. McKayla (apologies if I misspelled your name!) was an absolute angel in assisting us. My mom was severely injured (broken back) and she made sure to put her in a room that was central to our parking spot and the pool so she could use the hot tub. The beds were super comfortable. You won’t regret a stay here!

Hotel was nice, rooms were clean and updated. Didn't like smokers poles connected to the building, I felt like that encouraged smokers to smoke close to building. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was traditional.

FRUSTRATION

I despise fees that are tacked on for any reason. When I book a room it's a TOTAL AMOUNT NOT PLUS A RESORT FEE UPON CHECK IN. I HATE THIS. RUINS ANY FUN I MIGHT BE HAVING. If you are going to charge $10 more, just be forthright I will not be using TripAdvisor again for hotel reservation assistance

Great service. Amber was very friendly and helpful. Checking in was a breeze as we used the app. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We were very satisfied with our stay and look forward to another stay.

this is a place to stay while you are traveling. a place you will be welcomed like you were family.. rooms are very nice, tv's nice. they even have a hot tub and indoor pool. breakfast was free but just the low end. but it did have yogurt and pancakes
