Great Stay
No problems at all with this hotel. Big rooms and comfortable beds. We really slept well. Good location for anything in the Rapid City area. And it was so quiet. My son will be attending school in town in the fall, and I think this will be my go to hotel.
Nice pet friendly hotel
This was clean, quiet pet friendly hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. The linens were nice. Shower had great water pressure. The bed was a little too firm for us. The carpet was worn out which on first glance would make you feel that the room wasn't clean. The big reason I gave it a 4 rating is they could have done better with breakfast. The breakfast was mainly sugar laden carbs. Microwaveable options would have made this a 5 rating.
Absolutely Wonderful Hotel
We were given a wonderful hotel room for the night we stayed. The furnishings and appointments exceeded our expectations. The staff were very cordial and polite. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to stay there.
Rapid City Stay
Enjoyed our stay very much! Liked the fact that maid service did not come in everyday. If we needed more towels, we only had to put out the dirty towels by our door for clean towels! Only downside was no hot breakfast available like usual.
Excellent choice
We got bumped to this hotel. They honored the original discount, was very clean, wonderful staff, grab and go breakfast. The room had a coffee pot, micro, and fridge, although it had no freezer in the fridge. Worked okay for this time of year. Comfortable bed.
