Need to eliminate smoking rooms, and bad service
We got assigned a smoking room accidentally. The front desk agreed to switch us to a non-smoking the following morning, but did not follow up. Additionally housekeeping wants to clean the rooms at 9 AM when people are still present, and they will knock and open the door. The entire late morning and afternoon when we were not present, they never returned to clean the room. Also, the place is a bit run down.
Unpleasant hotel, good breakfast
Hallways were too cold and stairways freezing. No way in or out without getting a cold blast. No ashtrays available for smoking room even upon request. To their credit, an excellent breakfast selection. Still, I was happy to leave, would avoid staying again.

Checked in after 9:00. Positives first - staff was pleasant and mattress was very good as was the shower. Room was not clean. Floor definitely had not been vacuumed and was even sticky in places. I wore socks or shoes the whole time. Carpet was the sort that goes up the wall just a few inches. That part had separated and was falling off much of the way around the room. Room had two queen beds but one bath towel. Until they get their act together best to choose one of the other hotels close by.
What a dump
Can’t get the room cleaned or the trash dumped the bathroom looks like a construction project, holes in the blanket,no biscuits for breakfast means nothing but there is Literally nothing to eat, been here 3 nights and never again funny thing is, they couldn’t take the cash fast enough, sleep in your vehicle no different , but on a positive note tv works
Don’t stay here!
I will never stay at this location again not will I recommend it. Rooms are not cleaned properly. They don’t change the sheets after someone checks out, so new guest checking in are sleeping on linens that other people have slept on. Mud tracked all up and down the hallways from the construction workers. The vending, washers/dryers and ice machines weren’t in working order. I could write you a book of the negatives during my stay there, but knowing you might be sleeping on linens that someone else had already slept on should gross anyone out enough not to wanna stay there.
