Great Place!
We called last minute when I couldn't take another night on the horrible double bed my husband's work provided him while working in Tahoe. Michelle was so sweet and took care of us right away and got us a room ready for me to check into early. We loved the room, and the bed was very comfortable. It was all very cozy. We were treated like friends immediately and enjoyed not only the accommodations but the conversation. We had a great breakfast, including great coffee. When we booked, Michelle was quick to make sure we didn't have any allergies to accommodate, which was so nice. We are already considering a trip up this summer for fun with our kids to stay there.
Like staying with old friends
This was a wonderful home base for us on a recent snowboarding trip to Tahoe. We got in late and Michelle made it super easy for us to just crash when we got there. The room was super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, homemade right in front of us. Garrett was really friendly and helpful. It was a great location we just jumped on the shuttle to take us to Heavenly Village, no stress with driving or parking. I highly recommend this place and hope to return!

Heavenly Valley Lodge was Warm, Welcoming and Relaxing. First impressions were great. Hayden, Matt & Michelle were great hosts. Super helpful, friendly and genuine. The rooms were clean and warm. The breakfast was Devine. Fresh and home made in front of you. I would 100% recommend this accomodation and hopefully will be back one day! Thanks guys.
Cozy room, great breakfast, friendly service
The hotel is well-located near beach, restaurants, and the ski resort. The room was very cozy, decorated with many themed details (our was an angler motif). It is dog friendly, and there are some nice places to walk the dog nearby. The hot breakfast was different every day, including scrambled eggs with cheese and onions, pancakes, quiche, and fruit. The best part of our stay was the hospitality. Our hosts Garrett and Michelle were warm and attentive, as well as being great conversationalists. We shall return!
Fun overnight escape from Reno
My husband and I wanted to go to Tahoe for two days to hike and relax.We arrived in the afternoon and settled into our room. The style is right out of the 1960's but completely redone and clean and tidy.We then met Garret who was warm and welcoming and recommended some local restaurants for dinner. In the morning we met his wife Michelle, beautiful daughter Grayson (age 4) and their sweet dog Zora. They were wonderful to visit with and Michelle fixed us a delicious french toast breakfast with sausage. We enjoyed our visit with them. We had a great escape from Reno and loved meeting such a wonderful family. We hope to visit again.
