Perfect place in perfect location

We were blessed to be able to stay in the Penthouse room 301. The rooms at this location are fantastic. The staff is friendly. We swam in the pool in the winter and enjoyed the hot tub. Best of all our friends who stayed with us were blown away by the access to the village, gondola and the rental people walked across the street and fitted them with snowboard equipment. I have stayed many times, over many years and somehow they have been able to maintain the magic. Looking forward to our next trip

The location could not have been better. We were able to walk every where we needed to. The room was great and the Stardust staff was awesome. We arrived pretty late on a Friday night and the office was trying to close up for the night, but still took her time with us and was very helpful. In the morning, the gentlemen serving complimentary breakfast was cheerful and quick with our answers to all of our questions about the town.

Skiing Oasis!

Steps away from Heavenly make the Stardust a perfect place to stay for a ski vacation! Soaking in the hot tub, apres-ski was a perfect end to a lovely day on the slopes. The staff at the Stardust are superb and the cleanliness of the facilities cannot be beaten. I love the Stardust!

Great stay at the Stardust in South Lake Tahoe

Overall, we were extremely pleased with our 7 day stay at the Stardust at Lake Tahoe. The parking lot was snow plowed and made parking and loading on and off very easy and safe. Emily was very friendly, welcoming and COVID conscious throughout the week. Victor, Director of Activities was very helpful and personable with us and other guests. We felt very safe. The location is centrally located and we were able to hike and walk to everything we wanted to do. We hope to reserve another week this year.

A+ for Location and A+ for Customer Service. Perfect location (The Best) for skiing heavenly Valley, and for renting equipment, and for a variety of food and night life. The A+ for customer service is for always pleasant front office staff and reservations staff. Thank You for all you do, and all yo did for our ski group.
