Excellent ABQ B&B

Had the most relaxing stay at Red Horse - the family were great hosts, the property was quiet and tranquil, the room was huge, and we had a very restful sleep. Although we didn't use them there were very nice common areas, including a pool table, porch, and garden, as well as our own private patio. Great breakfast.

I travelled with my daughter and her two young children for a one day get away which turned into two! Darlene and her family own and operate this B and B with love, enthusiasm, and attention to detail. The rooms were clean, well stocked with complimentary soft drinks, water, coffee, tea, and snacks, air condoned and extremely comfortable. The inn will take you back in time with historic decor but has all of the modern conveniences. There is fresh farm food from their gardens and orchard. The animals, game room, and a pool to entertain the family, plus a customized tour of the ranch and even the wine cellar are all authentic and welcoming.

Comfortable and roomy accommodations with sizable bathroom. Common areas include pool table and study. Our stay was very quiet, as the premises are located in a residential neighborhood. Father/daughter hosts were welcoming and informative. Above ground pool and hot tub available but we did not have time to partake. Huge tasty breakfast with homemade baked goods, fresh fruit, bacon and cooked to order omelettes. Coffee was excellent. Options of eating in the dining room, patio or served en suite. Very charming and would stay again.
Great hosts, great location, great place to stay!

It's all positive and though we were only able to stay one night, for sure we will be back on our next trip to Albuquerque. It will be a great base to visit the area for several days. Oh, did I mention the great breakfast on the patio? That's 4 GREATS!

We were looking for a place to extend our ‘vacation’ feeling on the way home without staying in a typical box hotel. That’s when we came across Red Horse Vineyard Inn. What a charm of a find! Hosts, Darlene & Phil, made us feel welcomed the minute we said hello. This b&b has so much to see around the property and inside the inn. So much family history, animals to visit, games, including a pool table, to play, beautiful rooms well furnished. Darlene’s cooking was excellent, and Phil grilled a perfect steak! Our dinner and breakfast were served on our back patio in the beautiful NM weather. The hot tub was enjoyed after a long day of travel, too. If you are in Albuquerque for a stop, consider this b&b, you won’t be disappointed.
