Booked at one price, charged another
Booked this place on expedia. was quoted a charge of 113.90 total, was charged 135.90 total. This is after I called expedia and had them call the hotel and was told the difference would be refunded. Was told a note had been left in my reservation. Upon check out I even double checked with the front desk employee and she said she saw the notes as well. The 135.90 was charged to my account but not the refund. Sneaky, sneaky, sneaky. Stay at a more reputable place.
Another great stay at HIE
We always stay at HIE in Allentown, PA and Charlotte NC. This HIE in Allentown is great. The front desk is the best I have ever encountered. Felicia (?) she is always there, bent over backwards to accomodate us regarding a request we made. She is always pleasant and professional. The rooms were immaculate as always. Breakfast has many choices. Great Coffee. Will stay again!
Great!
Very comfy rooms, and this hotel is reasonably priced, with helpful and really pleasant staff. Keurig coffeemaker in the room, free breakfast, great bathroom and bed, easy to get to everything because it is so well-located.
Nice place
First off the staff is very nice and friendly. The rooms are extremely clean and the location can’t be beat across the street from Dorney Park. It’s also very convenient with kids as there is an amazing Ice Cream place two doors down from hotel. Although the rooms were clean the halls were a little dirty. I would stay here again but recommend more cleaning in the halls if possible.

Yahair, the young lady with a smile that checked us in was very sweet, helpful and efficient. Made THIS experience very pleasant as compared to others. Thank you young lady!!! The world could use more of YOU!!
