Hotel for cruise parking

We stayed prior to our cruise holiday and had the long stay parking with overnight stay and breakfast plus a taxi to the port package. I would recommend to anybody wanting similar as we looked at other options as well and this represented great value. The room was spacious and had a decent shower, flat screen tv, coffee and tea making facility. Reception was very helpful along with restaurant staff. The hotel itself although maybe a bit tired in places was clean and tidy. We had an evening meal which was good value and lovely food. Drinks on the pricey side but all in all offered good value and great parking and would definitely use again . I would confidently recommend as well .

Help given after meal booking mistake

After a mistake from within the online booking information for a lunch time meal, which the hotel could not accomodate, the restaurant manager was able to resolve our disappointment by offering an evening meal on another date. We were given a very nice meal, the choice on the menu was good. The house wines were very nice. We were given very nice service and made to feel welcome.

This was our second visit. We had a very good room, lovely helpful and professional staff in general and especially Fernando in the spa who took care of us. When there was a problem in the restaurant, the staff quickly recovered the service professionally. Well done!

I can't recommend this hotel enough. The service was excellent and the atmosphere great. The service was first class by all the staff but Robert ( reception manager) and Sahin ( restaurant manager) made this Christmas a most wonderful experience. A very big thank you to all the staff.

Good facilities, helpful staff

We had a very nice two night stay at Botley Park Hotel & Spa after Christmas. Our room was comfortable and we made use of the pool and sauna. Breakfast was very good. The rooms could do with a lick of paint but were clean and comfortable.
