This hotel is gross 🤢 . It needs upgrading bad. The lobby is upgraded, but I guess they said forget about the rooms. The rooms stink, the curtains are ripped and dirty. .Run away from here and book somewhere else. It’s a shame to say that this is a Marriott property.
Choose a different property

As a Lifetime Platinum member I’ve been in a lot of Fairfield Inn properties. They’re usually clean, well maintained and comfortable. This place is none of the above. Marriott should pull their name off the building and it should be rebranded as a Super 8.
Credit Cards Were Stolen! Don’t Stay at This Hotel!

Protect your sanity and book another hotel! The elevator and telephones weren’t working. For individuals who need assistance walking, this hotel wouldn’t suit your needs. While walking to our room, we saw a red hazard bag laying by the garbage can. The ice machines were out order. Additionally, our credit cards were stolen. This was an utter disappointment, as this should never happen to guests. I don’t recommend that anyone stay at this hotel.
Overall management unsatisfactory -- no working number -- no employee empowerment

Very disappointed in Marriott. I've been doing a lot of travelling lately and recent advice has been to call the property directly for the best rate possible. I tried doing so but their phone doesn't work. Being a rewards member and looking to stay in that specific property for travel convenience I called the corporate number to make my reservation. They would not discuss rates other than to quote what is acceptable nationally by the chain and suggested I call the property directly which I told them was not possible. They advised to speak with them upon check-in. When I checked in I explained my situation. The desk clerk was not empowered to discuss a rate change. She said they are not able to get incoming calls to the property (apparently this has been a long standing issue). She attempted to call her supervisor who was not on property but did not get an answer. She said she would be in the next day. I spoke with the manager the next day. She agreed to match a rate I had seen online, which I appreciated however, when I checked out the next day (having stayed 2 nights) the rate was only adjusted for one of the nights. She was again not available and the desk clerk was not empowered to make an adjustment. Since it was impossible to call them after I left I requested the manager give me a call to discuss the issue either way. I have not heard anything since then. No adjustment has been made. If management is not on site employees should be empowered to act in their absence and not having a working phone line for such an extended period is completely unacceptable for a business. Unfortunately this completely overshadowed my opinion of the property or staff.
