Wonderful Service
My wife and I enjoyed the service and food at the hotel. Hotel was nice and clean. The hotel manager Andrew was very hospitable and even organized a free tour for us around Galle Fort. Fantastic experience !
A truly memorable "Galle Fort Experience"
Had the most amazing holiday experience at the Bartizan. The property strikes just the right balance between old world charm and modern conveniences. The family suite which we stayed in was large and spacious with and amazingly comfortable king size bed. The two little alcoves where the kids beds were positioned, was a cute addition to the room. The ambiance in the courtyard in the evenings is truly magical, while the Sunday morning breakfast was heavenly. Thank you to Andrew and his team for making our "Galle Fort Experience" a truly memorable one.
Great Experience
Perfectly located in Galle Fort with ancient architecture and modern facilities. We had a great experience in the ""Deluxe Balcony Room With the See View". Given Service, breakfast and the facilities are excellent. Manager and the staff is very friendly and their hospitality is memorable. Nice place to be relaxed and enjoy the visit. Highly recommend for anyone.
Simply Amazing!
The view of the ocean and the ramparts from room 33 as promised was splendid! The staff were very courteous and helpful and food was off the charts! If you are looking for an out of the ordinary stay at the Galle Fort, then this place is a must try. Will definitely be coming back!
Trip to the Galle Fort
The hotel has the most wonderful location and the building itself charming. The room I stayed in - the north tower room - was quaint with a wonderful little balcony overlooking the ramparts and the sea. The staff were really nice and obliging, but my only request is that they learn how to make a better cup of coffee :)
