Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay

Me and my husband stayed here on the closing weekend for our anniversary! We were told in advance of any changes due to covid and the closing one of which was breakfast on our balcony for the last two mornings which was a dream! The welcome from the hotel was perfect with a glass of bubbles and a swift simple check in. Our room was stunning with the most amazing bathtub and cloud like bed! Maria was super helpful and a delight before and during our stay. My husband ordered me the most beautiful bunch of flowers which Maria helped him pick and he said she was really helpful. She also checked in on us with a gift and card in our room. We were treated in my opinion like royalty - nothing was too much trouble. The waiters/bar staff by the pool and in the bar were fantastic throughout. The DJ was a definite vibe despite sometimes playing to a quiet crowd he was always happy, dancing and clapping. We ate at Nobu the first night the food was wonderful but it’s the only place we felt the service didn’t match the rest of the hotels. We will definitely be coming back next year where hopefully we can meet all the fantastic staff from behind the masks!

Impeciable service, beautiful property, sophisticated and stylish decor, tangabile luxury without being protentous. Highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Ibiza be it a business, family, couple or friends holiday. We came to the hotel for a long weekend of business and pleasure, it really exceeded my expections. The staff here take atencion al cliente to another level. We were greeted Francisco with a glass of bubbles and it was love at first sight, Francisco went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip, a true gemm in hospatality. The staff are super attentive and professional without invading your space or time, we had some cocktails and laughts with the bar staff Sara, Astrid, Savio,Adrian. Our room service crew were just adorable from the laundry ladies to our food waiters, i just truely couldn't fault anything. Jesus and Claudia from reception and Mirov consierge were quick to attend to any requests we had. We great conversations with Marion the deputy manager and Antonia from Guest Relations it truely felt home from home. The rooms were beautiful, big bathrooms (massive plus for any hotel) slept like a baby. Every meal was divine, great music round the pool , you can see a lot of effort goes into creating the righ enviroment for the client and it really works. I cant wait for my next visit next year I wish we could bring everyone home to the UK and throw them all a big party just for being such awesome people Ole Nobu - Keep doing what you are doing

We had 5 nights at Hotel Nobu Ibiza Bay and I cannot speak more highly about the experience. Customer service was incredible from the time we arrived to an offer of champagne or water (guess what I chose!) to the amazing service from waiters like Isi, Samir and others by the pool, to the wonderful Zully, Giuseppe (?) and the senior concierge team (never got his name) who introduced us to new beach areas, boat visits and restaurants we have never enjoyed before..... and their hospitality when our kids arrived was amazing, allowing us to stay for the day at the beach. I saw one female wait staff handle an unhappy client (who was being a bit unreasonable in my opinion) with such grace and client service that I was truly impressed and amazed. We did not want to leave! Hope to be back. Thank you Hotel Nobu for making our holiday so special (so important esp this year).

We have just spent one week in this hotel and we had the most fantastic experience. The rooms are amazing with a really nice decoration and the swimmimg pool is to die for. The concierge team helped us a lot, organising bookings for restaurants and beach clubs. We will definetively be coming back next year, hopefully with open clubs!

Once again superb experience! Last year we went to Nobu a couple of times during the summer vacation and we always thoroughly enjoy our stay. This year we were a bit sceptical considering everything going on with COVID. HOWEVER, this time round it has been even better! We were not really sure how to go into this and even if we were going to be able to enjoy our yearly summer vacation in Nobu but I must say, The hotel staff made it very easy for us to feel at ease and relax. Maybe also the fact that the island was quieter than usual we were really able to relax and enjoy the beach. Thanks a million to all Nobu staff you have all been brilliant and made our stay a lot more enjoyable and stress-free. Enjoy the rest of the summer Natalie
