This hotel was a real find! Right in downtown Spartanburg, it it close to restaurants and shops. Though the building architecture looks like it's from the '30s, it was actually built in 2017. The lobby, bar, and breakfast area is bright and welcoming. Our double queen room on the 7th floor featured a long bench on which we schlepped our luggage. Great bathroom/shower layout, too. Quiet room, lots of USB charging outlets. Both the front desk/reception and the lobby bar were staffed by friendly and hospitable staff.

The hotel is nice but our room had some deferred maintenance in the shower. The pool area is very nice. Just do not expect bar service at the pool and that is ok. Location is great. Staff was very welcoming. Great place for a short stay. We would stay again.

I am so sorry I booked this hotel - they are not asking patrons to wear masks in public areas and even one of the front desk employees had their mask around their neck instead of covering their nose and mouth. Don’t stay here if you want to be safe! This is ridiculous!!!!

Check in: It was easy to park and the front desk staff was just lovely. Very nice and friendly and helpful on room location. Lobby felt clean and people respected Covid restrictions and mask wearing. Room: I had a suite with 1/5 bathrooms in the corner. It was lovely. No balcony but stylish, clean and lots of light. I had nice views of downtown and the brewery. Location: Right next to a brewery and a block from the cute little downtown with restaurants and a couple shops. If you wander too far it gets a little sketchy. Special note: The rooftop is awesome! Great restaurant, good food and amazing views!!! Plus check out the brewery next door.

This has to be one of the nicest hotels to visit. The shower is so inviting you wanna stay for hours but you can't because there is so much this facility offers. The staff is absolutely amazing! This hotel is close to everything downtown. The views and sunrise from higher floors show just beautiful Spartanburg can be. Great stay!
