The hotel was nice but they didn’t provide breakfast even though it was listed when we made reservations. Other hotels have figured out ways to provide breakfast even if it is just a grab and go breakfast to eat in the room.

I had a surplus of cash from some winnings from a casino in Blue Lake, CA the night before and wanted to pay for the room upon arrival with cash. The lady behind the plexiglass informed me a $250 cash deposit would be required despite the fact that I made the reservation with a Visa card which they had on file and could be used for any issues I might have caused. That was not even an option. Silly, just silly. Would've given 4 stars if not for this situation as the room was clean and bed was comfy.

Couldn’t figure out how to reply, but in response to the response I was left on here. I forgot to mention that I was taxed on the 100 dollar deposit, so you don’t get all of your deposit back. As well there was no response about the fact that I was charged almost 50 dollars more than the advertised price. At 58 dollars a night advertised price (which my review would have been good had I not been charged 100 for one night plus 7 dollars tax on 100 dollar deposit) I basically paid for almost two nights but only got one..... So if you want to be charged twice the cost for a room and then get back a response of excuses and no resolution ...I highly recommend

The woman at the counter when we checked in was extremely nice and helpful. Our room on the third floor was quiet and clean. We passed a maid in the hallway, she was friendly and smiled at us. Continental breakfast was a normal continental breakfast, but kept well stocked.. We will consider staying here again in the future.

This normally isn’t my choice of hotel chains, but our choices were limited due to availability. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was very clean. My only complaints were, the very thin walls ( I could hear the next rooms shower turn on, sounded like it was right in my room) the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the continental breakfast was mediocre.
