Beautiful
We stayed here the first week you could travel post lockdown. We had the top room which looks out over the harbour and sea. Every detail is thought of, the tables in the windows to enjoy the view. Breakfast, fresh and slightly different each morning. I would absolutely book here again. Alex and Moz could not have been better hosts, including helping park the car!!!
Lovely stay
Spent a post lockdown long weekend here and had a lovely stay. Alex made great efforts with distancing especially with the fabulous breakfasts delivered to the room. The room itself was spotlessly clean and we would definitely recommend this guest house.
Breathtaking view!
The top floor double was the best room in the house giving magnificent views of the harbour beach. We were greeted by the owners and was shown our private parking space ( very handy) We did have a 2 minutes walk to get to the front entrance of the house but not a problem with suitcases with wheels. The bedroom was very clean and had its own fridge and TV and walk in shower- lots of super soft white towels and 2 white cotton dressing gowns - The bed was really comfortable and the bedding all really nice quality. Our breakfast was brought to our room and was different everyday - we had boiled eggs toast butter cereal - fresh fruit, toasties, crumpets, scrambled eggs - fresh coffee - fresh juice! It was all delicious! We loved this B and B and would recommend to other couples 🥰
A friendly and comfortable stay
Just a stone's throw to the town centre and beaches, this is a great location. Alex is a friendly and helpful host who has really thought through how to offer her guests a safe and pleasant stay at this particular time. I stayed in the single room at the back. This has a great en suite and is a good size for a single. I had a comfortable stay for 4 nights. I'm a light sleeper, so I turned the fridge off at night but it was no big deal. A varied continental style breakfast arrived at the door each morning. If the room had a view I would give an excellent rating but this is a very good room for a solo traveller. I would definitely stay here again.
Super little B&B
Fantastic guest house Top top quality, immaculately clean throughout Booked room 2 after seeing the previous reviews, there was no exaggeration on these reviews... The view really is spectacular over the harbour and bay. Not the conventional breakfast, but again fantastic and a nice change from the same old same old traditional English breakfast usually offered. Highly recommend the Cornish Smokie.
