Hotel is much older than I expected. Rooms are dated though at least a fridge and microwave are provided. Breakfast is hard to call basic. Biggest issue is with any volume in the hotel, Internet is unusable. It has been some time since I've had an issue like this. Because of this I would not return.

Hotel hard to find. Not well indicated. Nice welcome, but I was surprised that in this Covid pandemic, no staff - nobody - no one at all - wore a mask. Room was quite ordinary. I was surprised that with so few guests, we were not upgraded to a suite. The hotel is, after all, called Comfort Inn Suites. TV remote was hard to handle, and the TV had very little choice of good channels. There was no TV guide printed out like at all other hotels, so I spent most of the time flipping channels. Bed was not comfortable; mattress was hard. No microwave. There was coffee available 24/7 in lobby. Breakfast was bagged and just ok. Nice location though, with restaurants and stores all around.

I don`t often offer poor reviews, but I had to this time. I routinely stay at Comfort Inns, but this one fell very short. Yes, safety measures were in place, and I was grateful the pool was open, but the `grab and go`breakfast was awful. However, it was lack of hospitality that really stood out. Personnel manning the reception desk on separate days of our stay were most unwelcoming or grudgingly accommodating. One really had the sense we were bothering them. Sure the pool area had no towels, no coffee machine in your room, and only 1 plastic cup left in the washroom, yet multiple people were in the room. What was really shocking were the safety/hygiene measures that were nicely typed out and left in the room, in French only! Really? Luckily this stay was booked on points because I would have been very disappointed to have paid cash.

Amazing pool for autumn getaway

We booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool. It was a rainy weekend and we wanted to escape Montreal for some fun. This was the perfect escape! The pool environment is very pleasent, nice furniture, plants, recently upgraded interior. Amazingly it didn't have that horrible echo you sometimes get with indoor pools. Best if all, the pool was warm. My children stayed in for over an hour twice during our visit and so did I. The only downside was that the spa is outside, so you can't supervise kids and be in the hot pool yourself. The smaller pool in the photos beside the main pool is just a toddler pool. Just be aware though that the pool isn't very large and may easily reach capacity in summer. This was not an issue for us during our stay. The room was pleasent, clean, aging a little on the edges, but nothing to complain about. It was quiet, despite close proximity to the motorway. Locally the buffet restaurant des continents was great value for the family and satisfied everyone's tastes. There is a brochure for it in the guest book.

Front desk clerk was friendly even though she was alone and very busy with a long lineup..I think the other dude called in sick...🙄👍, nonetheless she was amazing not stressed on point and got through that lineup like a boss ( whomever it was I salute you Saturday aug 31 at around 5) the room was nice, your standard hotel. The hottub was really nice , great outdoor atmosphere. The beds were not soft- if you like a hard bed then this place is for you! The pillow count was most definitely sufficient I had four all to myself! The breakfast was really good, more than i expected cold breakfast as well as hot which made me so happy because when you're hungover you need scrambled eggs and sausage...so thanks for that! The negative was the shower , no pressure the shower head seemed clogged so I had to turn it off and on 3 times to get sufficient flow...nice place but its sucks that they jack their prices up on a long weekend...I'm seeing rooms now 100 less than I paid ugh....
