My stay at Doubletree
My stay as usual was fantastic.I stay in this hotel for years and it’s amazing .very nice location ,clean rooms and the most important part friendly and professional staff. Lilian at front desk always help us with all the problems and help us all the time.looking forward to go back there again next month.

My kids and I came to the cities so they can see their cousins and also we had a few adventures planned while we were out there so I decided to book a room and you all’s website popped up and honestly I’m glad it did
Good Hotel but TV issues
This hotel was very nice and clean. Compliant with facemask mandate - staff asked guests in lobby to wear them and had disposables on hand. The room was small, but fine. Our TV went out both nights we were there due to satellite system. This was very annoying after a long day, we just wanted to watch a movie. The first night weather was not an issue. The second night was stormy, Either way, they need to get this fixed. The front desk did discount our room a bit for the trouble, but sadly, I will look for another place to stay next time I'm in town visiting family.
Our third stay here
While this was our 3rd stay here, we weren't impressed by the front desk person. He didn't seem to know what he was doing. It took a very long time to get checked in even though we had pre-registered. We said we didn't need a handicap room, but I'm not sure we didn't get one anyway.
Solid hotel - Great location
We've stayed at this location multiple times. The rooms are generally clean, somewhat updated and we've had pets in previous trips too. Very close to the highway, but not right next to it either. Loads of amenities nearby restaurants, shopping, etc. Friendly staff, good cookies.
