Very nice place
I would definitely stay at another Tru by Hilton. Very modern. Staff was polite and helpful, especially with giving us advice on places to eat. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good too. We played Foosball every night and they have a nice sitting area outside to relax. It was a quiet hotel, even though they were fairly busy, which was nice too.
Night at the Tru by Hilton
I was on a tour and the last night was spent at this hotel. Compared to our other two hotels, this was much nicer and cleaner. Rooms were nice and instead of “grab and go breakfast”, we had a nice breakfast buffet. I would like to recognize Kevin who was very friendly and helpful! He made my waffle for me and it was delicious!
Cool Vibe
Really clean. Great staff, so helpful, breakfast was good and fresh. Good coffee, which is a priority for me. Very cool vibe, bright colors. Room was cool, beds were super comfortable, laminate flooring, not carpet. Very fresh feel. I definitely recommend staying here!!!
Amazing hotel with great customer service!
We just stayed at this hotel on our way to our family vacation. The staff was exceptional and greeted us with such enthusiasm. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast was amazing and the beds were so comfortable. Upon departure, our daughter felt light-headed and one of the staff members (I wish I would have caught his name) was so amazing. he offering to get us water, ice and came out to the parking lot to make aure she was ok! We will definitely return to this Hilton hotel.
I HAD A BALL HERE!
Yes yes omg! I had a ball at the tru hilton hotel out there in Staunton VA. The room smelled good, was extremely clean & I had an awesome view. I was especially digging the automatic curtains! Yes yes, the customer service was beyond awesome & so was their morning breakfast. I mean all the facilities was on point. Thanks a billion to Latoya Chisley the manager of this tru by hilton hotel, thank you for everything you have no idea on how happy I was with this hotel. Trust when I come back, I will be staying here again; you’re the best & god bless from FUR KING THE DESIGNER.
