Great location, but our stay was bad.

Sofa-bed was bad. Got bad back-ache the next day. Balcony door's latch was broken. when i complained to reception they said that they have a bar not latch. there was no bar in our room. Only 2 towels in bathroom when 4 people are staying. Plus my sister hurt her finger-- there was not 1st aid in hotel. Plus no proper info was given at reception, he was very in-ept. took 10-15 mins to check me in.

The Steamboat Springs Legacy property is convenient and has very friendly staff. The rooms have all the basics, and the resort offers everything, all you need is to pack your suitcase. The laundry room is not in the condo, but is free to use which was nice. The internet connection is good, though we were not able to stream movies. We enjoyed the game room and pool table, and traveled to the sister site for use of their pool and weight room. There is shuttle service to and from town as needed, as well as the ski resort, but it was only a 2 minute drive. Overall we were pleased, the photos were old and outdated. Good experience.

Great location for walking! The staff were friendly. Our room had minor issues and it looks like they’re remodeling their rooms which is great! We will definitely consider making another reservation at this location in the future.

Great service and shuttle drivers, but resort needs a ton of work!

The location was good being next to a Safeway, and they had a shuttle to take people to the ski resort and to town--so I would give this part 5 stars. But--this was a timeshare and the place needs a major upgrade as everything is old, carpets are run down, and no way can you sleep on the pullout sleeper sofa (two people had to move to a hotel room bc it was unbearable). Spending too much money on maintenance fees to have a run-down timeshare. If this was my condo, I'd be embarrassed to rent it to people in that condition and say you can sleep on the sofa. Pictures are definitively deceiving.

Great resort in Steamboat Springs!

Great service, good value, good amenities. Outstanding shuttle service. The staff is very helpful and the location is excellent. The shuttle drivers are very polite and assisted with skis for all riders - EVERY time. A great resort - also love the Hilltop location!
