during change of ownership 2017
use to hang w jimmy n lisa awesome owners,,,,,, new owners was pretty good im the beginning.....torward the end of my stay during the winter my door lock would not unlock ,mantaince couldnt get it unlocked either..had to wait 5 hrs for them to return from going out to dinner to get door unlocked and this happened at least 4 times during the week finnaly getting in the room around 10 to 1030pm/////// other than that he was pretty nice guy to talk to n during the very helpful...... dont kno bout now,,,, i still rent a room for emergancy only but id leave a window inlock at nice in case locks dont work that way u have a way to get into ur room at nite office was always locked at 700 pm n u wasnt allowed to sit in the lobby either plus they never had pool or any type of breakfast or coffee....i always gave them business when my shop was doing repairs on there cars as well
Great unexpected treasure
We were late to check in the owners called us and then waited up for us until 11 PM. The wonderful women who cleans the rooms was more than charming the next day. Everything was comfortable and clean and just lovely.
An outstanding place for the money.
It’s all about what you want and how much you want to pay. This place is clean, convenient, comfortable and has a wonderful owner. It’s on the main drag but still is very quiet there. You can spend $60 more up the road and get a fluffy towel , I’ll take this place thanks.
Fine for place to sleep
Made last-minute reservations during our travel as it was getting late. They had an affordable price for a 2 double-bed room compared to other hotels in the area. Checked in at around 11pm. They close their front desk at midnight. Pleasant couple manning the front desk. Room was clean and comfy. Had a cable tv, free WiFi, refrigerator and a microwave. Had a deadbolt, but no door-chain for added security. Bathroom could use some renovation. 1 lightbulb working in a four-light fixture, but it was bright enough. Shower curtain too long (stepped on it all the time) and there was a frame remaining where the shower doors used to be. But at least the bathroom was functional. Good for a short stay.
Great place, warm welcome.
Excellent welcome, the manager did his best to accomodate us. Gave us a larger room thazn expected witrh no extra charge. Very good and comfortable room, the radiator was a bit noisy. Large parking lot for free.
