nice location, overlooking the ruins - but really bad breakfast

positive • of course: location • nice room (superiour room) • comfy bed • cleanliness was ok • dinner (no buffet) was a 4 course meal: soup, salad, main course, dessert - was tasty and worth the 5€ • safe car parking (free of charge) • pool area was also looking nice ( although I didn“t take a dip) negative • no wifi in the room - only in the lobby (but was working ok) • breakfast was just a pre-prepared plate ( no buffet) with a boiled egg, some bread and pastries , instant coffee, water mix juices best room I had a superior room with a balcony and a nice view of the ruins and in the morning the sunrise, whilst lying in bed, was georgeous

Great Location and Stay

The hotel is located across the field from the ruins and they are visible from the room and patio by the pool. Basic room, but comfortable. The bar had a nice selection of beer and wine, and you can relax while looking at the ruins. Did not try the onsite restaurant. Entrance to the ruins is approximately half mile from the hotel.

If you are visiting the area, this is the best option. The food is good and they serve alcohol. The pool and the rooms have an extraordinary view on the roman ruins of Sufetula. Rooms are not new but very well maintained.

The location is perfect. From the room we looked out on the Roman city. The hotel is quite nice, but a bit dated. The service is kind. The room is of an avarage size and seems quite clean. We had quite a good stay, but the price is high. As there is not much else in this class in town, we finally decided to stay. But our first impression was it is overpriced. The breakfast is included. The choice in breakfast is limited to the usual hard boiled egg, marmalade, some cheese etc. Shame they only serve “chemical” juice and not fresh orange juice.

Very decent hotel next to Roman site

A nice comfortable hotel with decent rooms with facililities that all worked and a buffet style evening meal, nothing outstanding but certainly good value and convenient. Alcohol served in the restaurant but not in the bar!
