Pleasantly surprised to find this gem from TripAdvisor. Convenient location, quiet, safe, clean rooms and friendly ,helpful staff. Only one very minor issue id the policy of charging for an extra pillow. Will definetly be back

Nice Family Hotel

Reviewed 7 february, 2021

I went here solo. But there were so many families who were staying, including kids (Subic is open to kids as long as inside hotel and open spaces). Location is excellent as its right in front of Gerry’s Grill and across the beach (not for swimming though). Its along Waterfront Road. Very nice restaurants are just near the hotel. Room is okay, bed and pillows are so comfortable. Bathroom has no bathtub but its very modern and fixtures are very new. Though they have put me in a Room without windows. My only issue was the packed breakfast. They will ask you upon check in to select your preferred breakfast. But I didn’t expect that they will serve it in packs already which was prepared very early (so the meal when I got there at 8am was already cold). I know its pandemic but maybe they can just prepare the meal upon arrival of the guest in the dining area then have it packed if they want to limit the interaction between the staff and guest. Still I will go back here with my family if ever as I saw the kids enjoyed the pool (and I will make sure to request for a room with a view or with a window at least). And the staff are very courteous, friendly and helpful (the night shift guard guided me when I was parking and very attentive with my needs as a guest).

Big Improvement since last review.

Reviewed 11 september, 2020

I recently wrote a not so stellar review for this hotel, and the staff seems to have gotten the message and they are making an effort and things have improved greatly. The service has definitely improved and I did not have to say a word, I will update this review again in about a week or so.

Family friendly, affordable hotel in a convenient location

Reviewed 23 march, 2020

I booked 2 rooms at the Court Meridian for my wife and I and her family. I chose this hotel based on online reviews and was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The grounds were very clean, lobby staff very pleasant, pool was clean and the rooms were more modern that I expected. The rooms came with 2 free breakfasts daily but I chose to grab my coffee and breakfast a few blocks away at Xtreme Expresso since I do not eat Filipino breakfast food (bangus fish, rice, etc.). Aresi restaurant is in the lobby area (pizza, salads, pasta, pork chops) and Gerry's Grill is right across the street. The beach with the "Subic Bay" sign is also across the street. Harbor Point Mall (Ayala) is a 10-minute walk and SM City is a 5-minute walk from Harbor Point. If you do need extra towels, they will charge you and since the rooms do not have irons or ironing boards, you are forced to have your clothes sent out for ironing, again for a fee. I definitely recommend this hotel for its location, amenities and is quiet and family friendly.

BEST AT RUINING ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION!

Reviewed 27 february, 2020

We stayed here for one night and so glad that we didn't stay long! I am with my husband and 2 kids - one is 7 months old and the other is 2 years old. Staff is not attentive. No one bothers to open the main lobby door for us when I am struggling with my baby on hand. (Thanks for that one guest who happily open the door) The pool was sooo dirty that we cannot swim. The elevator is not working! Take note, our room is on the 4th floor! Imagine, I am carrying an 8-kilos baby and we have to use the stairs! It is so inconvenient! This and all ruined our 4th year wedding anniversary! Thank you so much for a job well done!
