Beautiful resort but definitely not 5 ⭐️. I’d give it ⭐️. Just a few things not up to scratch. The lounge in our room was very smelly. A good clean is needed. Smelt like dirty old oily hair. Also the lounge was broken You sunk right down into it. The food is quiet nice.just not that wow factor. The old short blond lady that served us was very rude. The rest of the staff were lovely though. Definitely needs a little update to bring it to the 5⭐️rating. Definitely not worth $500 a night.
Excellent stay
Lovely, beautifully appointed resort with great staff! Everyone is friendly, helpful and has gone out of their way to make my stay at the resort amazing. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous , the rooms are very comfortable and the food was delicious. The resort is not cheap, but in line with Byron prices. I can highlight recommend the spa and have really enjoyed my treatments. Definitely will be back!
Well appointed, luxurious hotel but overpriced
Room was very nice and well provisioned but I felt that was VERY overpriced for what it was. The area around the pool was beautiful for relaxing and the decor and vibe of the restaurant was also excellent but be wary of large surcharges for eating on a Sunday (not advertised on the menu), was pretty frustrated about that! Service around the pool area was very slow and was difficult to get the attention of any staff but the reception and restaurant staff were excellent. If you are cash rich, this will be a good stay for you, if not, you will get 2 nights accomodation elsewhere for the price of one here.
Really nice comfortable resort - out of the madness
Really enjoyed a short 3 day stay at Byron at Byron, Suite was really comfortable and well appointed. Verandah was nice place to relax with a drink & snack in the afternoons. Breakfast was fresh and service above expectations. Only draw back for some might be the walk to the beach can be a long one and the beach can be quite rough. Great if you like a walk like us !!
Absolutely stunning... amazing experience
The staff, the room, the facilities, everything was perfect. I couldn't fault the experience my son, mother and I had. I will definitely be coming back to stay at this resort on my next trip to Bryon Bay.
