Clean but needs refurbished.

Room furniture needs upgraded. Badly scuffed and dated. Free breakfast was poor. No hot foods. Waffle maker out of order. Toaster but no bread or bagels to heat. Facility was clean and staff friendly & helpful.

The room was clean and the house cleaner was very nice. When she seen us she asked if everything was satisfactory and if we needed anything. The only thing I didn’t like about the stay was the breakfast,only cereal and small muffins.

Would highly recommend! Room was clean and orderly and staff was very pleasant to in getting me registered. If I'm in the area again I will stay here again. My only regret was that I arrived late and had to leave early.

Room smelled like a sewer when we checked in. The promised continental breakfast was not provided. The desk clerk was rude and unhelpful. The problem is that there isn't much competition in Sullivan, but you should stay somewhere else.

I have been staying in Terre Haute every month in nice hotels, commuting down around Sullivan Indiana for monthly procedures. I travel 6 hrs one way & have to be in & out of hospital. I tried this hotel & was so pleasantly surprised! Just as nice as hotels I was paying 2x in Terre Haute Staff so nice! Clean! Maria the Receptionist/ Office Mngr(?) was so kind & helpful! Walmart across the street, a few restaurants...so that was nice & accompandating:) I highly recommend this hotel! Will be using it monthly now:)
