Best drinks
Chasers Lounge is awesome. Selena is amazing! She serves the coldest beer in town for a great price!! The atmosphere is great, the people are great and the service is unmatched. Come check them out. You won’t be disappointed.
Birthday party weekend
Hotel is great! Selena at check in was an absolute pleasure! Room was very clean, bed very comfortable. Big problem we had was at 6:30am when we were woken up by the breakfast hostesses conversation, we could hear her very loudly in our room!! Breakfast was very lacking in selection.
Not as good as it appeared
This was the least comfortable stay I have had at a choice hotel in years! Upon check in, there was a wait. The staff on duty wasn’t wearing a mask but the hotel required guests to, in which half of them were not. I wasn’t acknowledged as a platinum member guest and I think I was given the worst room on the first floor in the hallway by the elevators. There was a man who was smoking inside the building on the 1st floor by the elevators in which my son who has Asthma and I had to pass to get to our room. In our room the bathroom shower had mold/mildew and the numerous jets in the shower didn’t work properly. There was a few dead bugs on the floor (at least they were dead) but not sure if they even swept or moped the room because the bottom of our white socks were yellowish/brown. The worst part was when we went to bed, the mattress on one side of the bed was flatter and angled down substantially, making it difficult to stay on the bed without rolling off in the middle of the night. I hardly got any sleep at all and my back was hurting when I got up. The décor is appealing to look at, but they really should shampoo the upholstery chairs as it is stained/dirty. The only thing that was impressive was the fact that it had a ceiling fan in the room, however it was very dusty. My son did enjoy the pool, that was the highlight of the stay. Upon checking out I voiced my displeasure of the stay to include the mattress issue, all that was said was the guy who was smoking had to pay extra. Apparently the other people who reviewed this hotel didn’t get my room which was 129.
Best hotel so far
We moved cross country and stayed at 5 different hotels. This was by FAR the best one! I couldn’t believe how low priced this hotel was for how nice it is. Very clean all around. No complaints! (This was one of the suite.)
really nice hotel
Renovated and very comfortable room. Staff were well trained, helpful, and really nice. Central location on Interstate 30 makes it easy to find what you need close by. The pool was open and some were swimming but not sure if it was heated.
