Very modern, clean & warm & friendly atmosphere & staff
We had Seanta register us upon our arrival! Very friendly & accommodating! Couldn’t do enough for ensuring we had everything we needed! Even went so far as to provide hot cocoa! Seanta was very professional in registering the guests, answering phones all the while maintaining her demeanor even when the front desk got a little overwhelming! Would definitely stop & stay at this hotel if I’m ever in the area again!
Great for extended stays, training at Shaw AFB
I had a phenomenal hotel stay, as soon as the person checking me in saw that I was going to be there for two weeks they immediately offered the extra storage, larger refrigerator, and microwave which I was very thankful to have as an addition to my room! I also loved the Tuesday free dinners ad drinks, as it was a nice change in pace. The other people also staying at the hotel in my group liked playing cards and pool during some evenings, especially on the Tuesday dinner days. Additionally, I really liked that there were healthy options for breakfast, too many hotels these days have absolutely none. The fruit that was out for breakfast was also great for a snack later on. The selections at the grab-and-go were great, loved the variety of beverages, to include energy drinks - it helped save extra stops on the way to our training. Overall, we have already recommended this to other people as THE place to stay for anyone coming to Shaw AFB for anything, especially extended stays. Within 5-10 min of base, straight shot to the gate.
Quick, simple, and a family like atmosphere.
Very friendly staff and a family like atmosphere. The breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and as advertised on the site. My aunt and uncle stayed on property as well and we were there for a wedding with my nephew. I would certainly use this hotel again if I return to the city.
Great place to stay
My first rime staying here me and my boyfriend was very please and happy the young ladies at the desk were very nice and polite the room was very clean and neat. I will definitely be coming back for another stay
Best Hotel Experience Ever
This hotel is extremely clean, the staff is very friendly and informative, the breakfast is on point and meets any guests wants or needs, and it’s near all shopping and restaurants not to mention not far from Shaw AFB if you’re there to meet up with family. Also, very affordable. Being a Hilton Honors member, they have discounted prices and greet you with a goodie bag too. I would definitely recommend to everyone!
