I am not a complainer by ANY means but, this place was GROSS. There were cobwebs at least a foot long at all the tops of the walls. One was hanging from the bathroom light that almost got in my hair. The shower had dark black mold around the bottom edges. Yes, There was a small fridge with a sign on the wall..."Leave light on for fridge to work". #1 NO, who can sleep with the light on. #2, It STILL didn't work with the light on. The front part of the hotel is obviously for permanent unclean residents. The back is the hotel. NONE of the photos are accurate. BOTTOM LINE...JUST SAY NO!!!

Booked on hotwire and this place was the worst hotel I've ever pulled into. Looked like a crackhouse. IMMEDIATELY found a bedbug. Went to the front office and the attendant refused to come down. She only spoke through the intercom. Hotwire was also no help. Tried getting it resolved for over an hour. Btw this was after driving 10+ hours and arriving at this dump at 11:45 at night.

It's been 15yrs since I have stayed here,so you can almost imagine my shock at the change. It was considered the place to stay if in Sun Prairie,but then it was moderately priced and you could order from the restaurant and they were glad to bring your food to your room. Not anymore. The price is twice what it was,but it's quite apparent on check in they don't put any money back into the motel. There is standing water in the shower,the walls have gaps in them,I got the impression the pictures on the walls were placed there to hold the paneling in place. Absolutely no hot water. The door jam is scotch tapped. The pillow cases were as if they had not bothered to do anymore than remake the bed and call it clean. The WiFi was even less than worthless. The Windows were so dirty there was no looking out. When I tried ordering food from the restaurant they acted like I had offended them,you could not even offer them a extra tip to bring you your food. The girl just hung up on me. The house keeping team consisted of an old handy cap couple that didn't even speak English. I could go on but I would rather just finish by saying, I been in dives that look and are better. Walk away from this one. The pot heads are about all that stay here as indicated any time of day or night by the smell in the air. Rated-10.

Booked the hotel through Expedia but the man at the desk said there wasn't anything showing up. Then offered an apartment for the same price of the regular hotel rooms. As I was walking back outside to my car another car approached with two men that waved a gun and asked "what's good." Needless to say we asked for our money back. Me and my companion's safety isn't worth a cheap hotel room.

For many years, I have spent Summer months in the extended stay suites. With the change in ownership, I sent an inquiry indicating that I would like to stay those Summer months this year........and have received NO response.....I guess that tells me all I need to know about this ownership change.
