Cozy room with nice interior design. The location of the hotel is great and strategic. Pretty close with biggest mall in Surabaya, which is Tunjungan Plaza. Good choice and tasty food for breakfast. Lovely hospitality. Will stay again, see you next time.

Worst hotel

We checked in around 10 pm after long & tiring drive from Jakarta. The parking space was very limited. When we got to our room, we found out that the pillow covers were dirty. Call them to changed them and after shower we found something worst. When I uncovered the duvet, the bed was smelled vomit. It was terrible. It seemed that someone had vomit on the bed before and it was not properly cleaned. We were so upset and called to change to other room. After that finally get a proper clean room and we were able to rest. On the next morning, we went down for breakfast around 9.30 am. The restaurant was quite busy. We were only there for about 10 minutes and had to leave because there were almost nothing on the buffet. People were queueing for food to be refilled. So we decided to leave and checked out immediately from this hotel. This is the worst experience of staying in a hotel. So unorganized and it showed lack of management present.

Clean, good price, good surrounding

I like the interior design of the hotel. The room was clean and very neatly designed. It was good price. The hotel has nice surrounding, easy to get around. It has a gym with new equipments. Breakfast was so so, but the restaurant was nicely designed.

Stayed for 2 nights in the room facing the park on the 12th floor. Very nice view! Clean room, but towels (although wrapped in plastic, have stains). The air conditioner is super cold too. Breakfast was pretty nice, good choice and quite tasty. The location of the hotel itself is great, with it being walking distance to some historical buildings and Tunjungan Plaza. Will stay again next time.

Booked and stayed for 2 nights within a week during road trip transit to and from Bali. On 22 Oct, We felt the front desk service is much more better to 01 Nov on Our way back from Bali. What We Like : 1. Comfy Bed 2.Strong Water Pressure 3.Cold AC 4.Location Near TP What We Dont Like : 1. Breakfast Taste 2.Service was Hit and Miss especially on Breakfast on 02 Nov morning
