Es un hotel situado en una zona de negocios. Tiene el centro comercial mas famoso de la ciudad a 2 min andando. Y una de las tres estaciones de tren de la ciudad a 10 min. en taxi. Las habitaciones estan nuevas y limpias. La atencion del personal fue muy buena, un 10, nos solucionaron los problemas que nos surgieron...El desayuno y el restaurante a la carta tambien nos gusto.

Overall I had good stay. Room was just the right size and comfy. Bfast was good as well with decent amount of choices. However the receptionist or whoever is in charge with hotel cellphone was not responding well to special request. Text was read but no response although someone at the receptionist told me to text to the designated number. You guys need to do more training on customer service...

The hotel is located in the most strategic location in Surabaya. You can easily go shopping at one of the biggest mall in Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza 1-6, or simply having dinner at so many restaurants nearby. Love the ambiance, all the corners are instagramable. Very unique! Stayed there with my family that includes my 7 years old. She loved it! Thanks for the excellent service. Looking forward to go back to Kampi hotel 😊

Cozy room with nice interior design. The location of the hotel is great and strategic. Pretty close with biggest mall in Surabaya, which is Tunjungan Plaza. Good choice and tasty food for breakfast. Lovely hospitality. Will stay again, see you next time.

Worst hotel

We checked in around 10 pm after long & tiring drive from Jakarta. The parking space was very limited. When we got to our room, we found out that the pillow covers were dirty. Call them to changed them and after shower we found something worst. When I uncovered the duvet, the bed was smelled vomit. It was terrible. It seemed that someone had vomit on the bed before and it was not properly cleaned. We were so upset and called to change to other room. After that finally get a proper clean room and we were able to rest. On the next morning, we went down for breakfast around 9.30 am. The restaurant was quite busy. We were only there for about 10 minutes and had to leave because there were almost nothing on the buffet. People were queueing for food to be refilled. So we decided to leave and checked out immediately from this hotel. This is the worst experience of staying in a hotel. So unorganized and it showed lack of management present.
