Carpet was dirty, walls had food stains and shower walls were moldy. Those can be cleaned if checked thoroughly and well maintained. No hand towels provided. Nevertheless, cleaning crews were nice and so polite. Overall, It was a very satisfying stays for us that we extended 1 more day. Thank you.

Stayed there for a couple of days with other relatives for a small family reunion. Hotel was nice, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Some little things that could have been improved is parking. Would be nice if staff informed incoming guests about the valet parking ahead of time, so we didn’t have to look for parking spot upon arrival. It’s time for your carpets to be steam-cleaned. Breakfast had many choices, coffee was very decent I had to get my second cup. Best part of the stay - friendly and accommodating staff, kudos to you all!!!

I was stayed for 1 business days, It was impressed with a good quality of product and especially their services. Welcoming by Front office with smiles and so friendly, breakfast was very nice, room setup and amenities are perfects. I will recommend this hotel when you would stay surrounding Surabaya area ! !

The hotel is located near mall, ITS and Unair campus. The bed was cery comfortable, the room is quite large. There’s a table so it was easy to work while staying at the hotel. Overall, it was a great experience staying at Swiss-Belin Manyar.

Upon 1st sight it was a comforting atmosphere in Lobby area . Front desk was eager to help and had great positive energy. Check In process got the job done after a long travel day. I think Covid has overall decreased our ability to just relax and enjoy the moment and our surroundings. We had 2 rooms and Hotel was able to put them all together which was nice . Next Hotel should inform guest before check in about the Breakfast , on that day we have a dine in Breakfast in Room
