I had a very comfortable stay at ginger surat. All the staff has very pleasing demeanour and is very helpful and cooperative . Special thanks to Mr Biswaranjan & Mr Harshil for their extended support to accommodate my request and make my stay confortable.

The hotel is amazing and the service is very good. The staff is also very helpful. I had stayed in the hotel for a business trip and it was a nice experience. The food is also good, there is breakfast buffet available.

I really appreciate the hospitality, there were few glitches during stay. Overall it is a nice experience with Ginger Hotel. I would rate it 8/10. Thanks Harshil & staff for your cooperation!! Looking forward to stay again with Ginger Group :)

Good stay. Professional team. Pearl and Katha at front desk were extremely helpful. The rooms were clean. Kebabs were excellent. Breakfast buffet has a nice variety. This is not a central location however was easier for me to reach my business meetings in Hazira.
