Quiet and cosy
I stayed here on business for 3 nights in January. I imagine it was pretty empty at the time, which helps on the noise levels, but I also noted that despite being near the main Kingston thoroughfares, it felt sedate. Also, the railway line didn't seem to bother me. Rooms were not large, but not tiny, and well-appointmented with chairs and good occasional lighting. Bathroom was good, but oh, what a shame there was no bath! I would certainly recommend this hotel.
A great staycation
I booked a nights accommodation as a surprise for my husbands birthday, and was very happy (on booking) to know that they could accommodate our infant daughter with a travel cot and our dog could also stay in the room with us. On the day of check in I had a missed call from the hotel, so called them back and spoke to someone about online check in (I was having problems completing this online) and was advised to check in at the hotel in person. Unfortunately on check in at the hotel we were told there were no travel cots available and that they had called and left me a msg. I said I had called back and spoke to someone but no one had advised us that that this was the case. Our baby girl is too small for the sofa bed so she slept in the pram. As a four star hotel, I would expect there to be enough travel cots to be available (especially as I had been told on booking that there would be one available) or better communication between staff that I had been contacted to be notified that there wasn’t a cot available. We stayed in the king junior suite, which had plenty of space for us all and really clean. There are hand sanitizer stations around and all the staff wore masks. The cooked breakfast was delicious.

excellent position , very clean and excellant and friendly staff, was staying there as parents house had burnt down so difficult times for them but the hotel and the staff were exceptional with any problems they had and was always very helpful, Richard who works there is a credit to the Hilton brand and was always friendly, professional and understanding to my parents being elderly and sometimes a bit not with it, thank you all, chris scott
Recent stay
Excellent visit to this great hotel which was centrally placed and close to town centre, station , riverside and our hotel. We had a great room on the second floor which was quiet, well appointed and very comfortable. Had great break fast every day served up by head chef and a well stocked bar served drinks at night. Sanitation was very good and hand sanitizer available at the entrance in lobby area. Would return to this hotel and highly recommend it.
Great Location
Great location, cleanliness in the hotel was 10/10, great breakfast with great choices with a very friendly chef who was very kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Would highly recommend
