Great stay, had a small problem but was solved with great assistance and made our stay better. I would recommend this Sheraton to anyone staying in the Hershey area or planing on shopping and is very close to many places
Awesome family trip experience
My family and I decided on a trip to Harrisburg To visit relatives, we stayed at the Sheraton and it was such a fun time. Very clean, social distance rules were followed all the time. Even the weight room was constantly cleaned, great sized indoor and outdoor pool area. The rooms were clean and full stocked ,the staff was very courteous and helpful as well. Our family loved our stay at the Sheraton and we will absolutely come back again.
Great experience
The staff was excellent, the room was very clean and definitely beautiful. I had a king size bed which was super comfy. The front desk person I believe her name was Yolanda was super sweet and informative as well. I will be staying here again this coming thanksgiving for sure!!

I recently stayed at the Sheraton and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of my room and felt safe knowing that the staff followed COVID-19 guidelines. The staff was very friendly and very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone who is in the Harrisburg area to stay here!
Home away from home!
Great service, staff was super accommodating and genuinely friendly. Extremely clean rooms especially for being a kid-friendly, pet-friendly place. Super close to shopping areas as well as variety of food options. I definitely intend to return again as I have family in the area I frequently visit.
