Very well built and clean hotel. Better than the rest in the area. The few downsides are that the rooms are not sound proof and sound from the walkways can be heard from the room . The WiFi signal cuts off every 3 minutes making it hard to work from. The third is the music from the event woke me up at 06:00 and could be heard for a while along with the noise from the venue. The breakfast was really good, the staff friendly and the hotel well maintained.
Great Hotel and It's Really Your Best Option in Taboao da Serra
You won't have many options in this area and by far this is the best location and cleanest hotel. We booked a room with a king bed and another with two twin beds for the kids. There is a mall connecting the property and a few shops and place to eat. There is a very good hamburger place there too that we enjoyed. The staff was great and the breakfast was nice too. I stay in hotels 200 days a year so I'm very critical but you can't go wrong staying here.

Ótimo atendimento e acomodações confortáveis. Quarto bem higienizado, ar condicionado em ótimas condições. Café da manhã no quarto e muito bom. Não tivemos problemas com o check-in e foi nos dado o que reservamos. Estão de parabéns.

Coloquem mais itens no café da manhã!, Construam uma piscina ou uma sala de jogos algo para distrair os hóspedes! E incluam o estacionamento na diária do hotel . Coloquem mais itens a venda para não precisar sair para comprar! E avisem que precisa ser avisado para efetuar a limpeza do quarto!!!

Hotel com recepção 10. Quartos bem limpos e organizados. Todos seguindo os protocolos para conter o avanço do covid. Café da manhã ok. Boa localização. Único inconveniente é o estacionamento pago que deve pedir liberação sempre que sair
